Privacy policy

AlphaOscar, a French EURL registered under SIREN 910 288 299, controls the information sent through the contact form or by email. This page explains what is used, why it is needed, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.

Data, purpose and legal basis

The form collects a name, email address, optional company name and free-text message. Strictly necessary technical data may also be processed to prevent automated submissions and abuse. The information is used only to read the request, confirm that it is legitimate, prepare a reply and continue the conversation requested by the sender.

Processing relies on AlphaOscar’s legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries and, where the exchange concerns a possible engagement, steps requested before entering a contract. Data is not sold, rented or added to a behavioural-advertising list.

Recipients and retention

Messages are available to Alexandre Orfèvre and the technical providers strictly required for hosting and email delivery. Cloudflare serves the site and Resend delivers form messages. Each provider receives only what its function requires. Conversations are kept for twelve months after the latest contact unless law, a contract or the defence of a legal claim requires a different period.

This site places no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, or object to legitimate-interest processing, by writing to contact@alphaoscar.fr. You may also complain to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
